Use the complements to your paint task by taking on the molding and trim. Follow these three easy actions.
1. Wait till the walls and the ceiling is dry. Provide them a minimum of a complete day.
2. "Reverse tape," using tape to the edges of the walls and the floor, leaving just molding and trim exposed. When painting a baseboard beside carpets, secure the carpet with a plastic paint guide (about $2), a long, thin strip that wedges under the baseboard.
3. Utilize the pointer of your brush to cut in on the top and bottom of the molding. With long brushstrokes, cover the area in between.
